Catherine E. Till

Biography

Ms. Till focuses her practice on complex litigation involving personal injury, premises liability, product liability, transportation, employment and workers' compensation.

Since joining the firm, Ms. Till has represented a national distributor and national and international manufacturers in a wide variety of state cases involving product liability issues.  Ms. Till has also represented premises owners, construction companies and transportation companies in claims involving personal injury or death.  Additionally, Ms. Till has represented workers' compensation carriers and self-insured employers in subrogation actions and proceedings before the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers' Compensation.
