Leslie P. Shores

Biography

Ms. Shores is a member of the firm's general litigation section and has substantial first chair trial experience in a number of areas of trial practice, including gross negligence, medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability.

Since 1994 Ms. Shores has successfully handled OSHA investigations of fatalities for employers throughout the state of Texas from the informal conference level up and to including litigation with the ALJ against the Solicitors Office for the U.S. Department of Labor.

Ms. Shores has also handled litigation with federal administrative agencies including the EPA.
